Booking the entire property gives you exclusive use of 4 stylish units, each with its own kitchen, AC, and hot water shower: 2 unique Western wagons (queen beds) and 2 luxury apartments (king beds). Enjoy the perfect blend of privacy and gathering in your private tropical courtyard with a refreshing pool and fun games—all a short walk to Palm Beach and restaurants!

The space
Refresh under the outdoor shower or use the foot wash after a beach day before returning to your retreat. SeaBreeze Collective’s expansive private outdoor space is designed for family and group connection, featuring two shaded palapas, a vibrant BBQ station, and a large dining table for group feasts. As the sun sets, spark some friendly competition with Dutch shuffleboard, darts, or board games—or simply retreat to your private unit for a quiet moment of personal relaxation. This space offers the perfect balance of social fun and personal privacy.

Other things to note
This property is not suitable for children or infants, due to open staircase, unfenced pool, and no lifeguard . For their safety, we kindly ask that children be supervised at all times while on the property.

We provide a starter kit, including two rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels for each unit.

We have on-site laundry available to make your stay more comfortable:
Enjoy one complimentary laundry load during your stay. Any additional washes are available for $4 USD per load.
Drying: We do not have a machine dryer on-site. Please hang-dry your clothes in the Aruban breeze.

Island Wildlife & Local Dogs: Aruba is a beautiful tropical island where you will frequently see local free-roaming dogs (known locally as ‘cunucu’ dogs) and wildlife wandering freely along public streets and beaches. They are a normal part of the island’s charm and community. Aruba is officially certified as rabies-free, but we always recommend giving public animals their space while you are out exploring.
